Frequently Asked Questions

Q: How long will my order take to be made?

Our standard production time is approximately 5–7 business days.

Please note that selecting Express Shipping at checkout only speeds up the delivery service and does not reduce production time.

If you request a proof before printing, please allow an additional 2–3 business days for artwork preparation and approval.

Q: What if I need my graphics urgently?

If you need your graphics quickly, simply add Priority Production to your order.

Orders placed with Priority Production before 12:00 PM (AEST) will be produced and dispatched on the next business day.

Priority Production is available on graphics kits only and is one of the fastest turnaround services available in Australia.

Q: What material do you use?

We use premium Substance® motocross graphics material, specifically engineered for dirt bike plastics.

Combined with our thick protective over-laminate, this provides exceptional durability, strong adhesion, vibrant colours, and long-lasting performance in harsh riding conditions.

We only use materials that are designed specifically for motocross and off-road applications.

Q: How long do seat covers take to be made?

Seat covers are manufactured by a specialist supplier and generally require 1–2 weeks to complete.

As seat covers are produced separately from our graphics kits, production times may vary depending on demand.

Q: What are logo changes?

Logo changes allow you to replace the sponsor logos included in a design with logos of your choice.

For example, if a design contains Pirelli logos and you would prefer Dunlop logos, we can make that change for you.

Q: How much do logo changes cost?

Logo changes are charged at $10 per logo changed.

A logo change applies to the logo itself, not the number of times it appears on the graphics kit.

Examples:

  • Replace all Pirelli logos with Dunlop logos = 1 logo change ($10)

  • Replace all Pirelli logos with Dunlop and all Motul logos with Motorex = 2 logo changes ($20)

  • Replace three different sponsor logos = 3 logo changes ($30)

Simply leave a note with your order telling us which logos you would like replaced and what you would like them changed to.

If you would like to add your own business logo, please email a vector file (AI, EPS, or PDF format) after placing your order.

Q: What is a Back Plate ID?

A Back Plate ID is a custom sticker designed to fit the rear of your body armour or roost deflector.

Many junior racing organisations require riders to display identification on the back of their protective gear. To make things easier, we offer Back Plate IDs as an optional add-on that can be ordered at the same time as your graphics kit.

This option provides a convenient and cost-effective alternative to purchasing one separately.
